Bollywood most controversial director Ram Gopal Varma is set to collaborate with Vivek Oberoi once again. Vivek who made his Bollywood debut with Ram Gopal Varma's film Company in 2002 earned Filmfare Awards for his performance in the film. The actor and director films, Company and Rakta Charitra are two blockbuster films which did a good business at the box office.
After a long gap of 14 years now a sequel to the film, 'Company' has been announced by none other than Vivek and the most interesting part is that he will be producing the film's sequel 'Company 2.' In an interaction with Vivek by a popular daily, he confirmed the news. "Right now I am plunging into my home production in a big way. I am very excited about it as it's a follow up to Company. RGV is directing it and there couldn't have been anybody to direct the sequel or me better. He always gives me great characters and brings out the best in me whether it was Company or Rakht Charitra. We share that kind of a comfort zone and I trust his vision blindly as a director.”
Vivek did not reveal any further details about the film and he stated that the complete details will be announced very soon as the project is in its initial stages. The actor was recently seen at the Make In India event and it is also heard that he is following a rigorous diet and fitness schedule for the role. Let’s hope the duo will create the same magic once again on the big screen.
