King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has been facing back to back troubles right now in his career. He scored massive hit in the past with Chennai Express and his post movies Happy New Year, Dilwale failed to make much money all over. His recent outing Fan that released during summer has been struggling hard to survive in its second week. Shah Rukh who pinned huge hopes on the movie has been badly disappointed with the result of the movie.
Now SRK has been facing new head ache and his upcoming movie Raees landed itself in a legal trouble. A suit has been filed out for defaming a gangster in the movie. Mustaq Ahmad, a son of the gangster filed suit on the character that has been essayed by SRK in the movie. The notice read that the makers should not release the promotion pictures along with the movie.
RT Vatsani, a civil court judge issued the notices to SRK’s home production Red Chillies Entertainments along with Excel Entertainments who are the producers of Raees. The movie’s director Rahul Dholakia’s name too has been inserted in the suit. Mustaq Ahmad revealed that his father Abdul Latif has been defamed in the movie. He also said that his father has been defamed which tarnished his family’s reputation demanding Rs 101 Crore for the damage that has been done.
Now the makers are in talks with Mustaq Ahmad along with his family members after which a research on the movie’s script is being made. More details to be revealed soon.
