Bollywood serial kisser Emraan Hashmi is all set to star in the fourth instalment of the Murder series, 'Murder 4'. The erotic thriller movie has rocked the box office and that gave Emraan a huge audience. The actor was last seen two in instalments, ‘Murder’ and ‘Murder 2’ and now he will be playing the lead role in the upcoming film series.
The film shoot will commence in the next half of 2016 and the upcoming project will be directed by Vikram Bhatt. Last year Mahesh Bhatt has informed that 'Murder 4' was on the way and the news of the film came out soon after the Sheena Bora murder case came out. Previously there were reports stating that the movie is on the life of Sheena Bora and Indrani.
Vikram Bhatt clarified that the movie is not inspired from the real life of Indrani Mukerjea but the storyline of the film will be quite similar but the writing has already started before the case came out. In an Interaction Vikram said, "It's just similar in its sensibilities. One wants to explore the depravity of the human mind the way it was done in 'Murder 2,' to an extent."
For the first time Vikram Bhatt will be working on the Murder franchise and the previous series were directed by Anurag Basu, Mohit Suri and Vishesh Bhatt. Currently Vikram Bhatt is busy filming Raaz 4 (Raaz Reboot) and stars Emraan Hashmi and Kriti Kharbanda in lead roles. Meanwhile Emraan is also busy working on the Azhar biopic film which is all set to release in 13 May 2016.
