Versatile filmmaker SS Rajamouli who has never tasted failure has taken three years in his career which is in a crucial point of time to carve out Baahubali. The first part of the film has been titled as Baahubali: The Beginning which has been shot for over two years. The movie has been made on a budget of Rs 160 crores and the film surprised everyone with the response and the financial figures.
The movie smashed all the existing records in South Indian cinema grossing Rs 700 crores across the world. Baahubali: The Beginning surprised the audience across the world for the destructive war episodes and the stupendous performances by the lead actors. Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka and Tamannah played the lead roles in the film.
Baahubali: The Beginning has been screened in many International film festivals and it has received wide applause all over for the content. Rajamouli and the makers of the film have decided to release the film across the world in a wide scale. The makers have trimmed the movie and the International version of the film completed all the formalities.
As per the latest news, Arka Media Works is releasing the film in over 70 countries across the world which is huge for an Indian film. The movie will release all over Asia including China and Japan. Along with these, the film will hit the screens in Latin America and in selected countries of Europe. Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda produced the movie on Arka Media Works banner. The release of the International version will be finalized soon.
SS Rajamouli is currently busy with the shoot of the second installment Baahubali: The Conclusion which completed 50% of the shoot. Some crucial action episodes are currently being shot in Kerala and the complete shoot of the film will be wrapped up by June this year. MM Keeravani is composing the music and KK Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer. Arka Media Works is producing the film which will hit the screens during early 2017.
